Can I look around without paying?

Yes. Create a partner account, enter the workspace, and explore the available areas before selecting a paid plan or adding wallet credit.

Do I need to claim an institution first?

No. You can create a workspace and review the workflow first. A verified claim is needed only when you want to manage that institution’s public profile.

Will counsellors spend from their own wallet?

No. Approved counsellors and staff spend from the partner’s shared wallet. The owner decides who can spend and can set limits or require approval.

What is shown before an enquiry is unlocked?

Only a protected preview and the non-identifying enquiry context. The student’s real name, number, and message are revealed only after an authorised unlock.
