Please read these terms carefully before using Admission Guardian.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Admission Guardian ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Admission Guardian is an education discovery product operated by Spearhead Eduventures LLP ("we", "our", or "us"). While Spearhead Eduventures LLP also operates other educational products such as Doubtbin and Ideal Career, these Terms specifically govern your use of the Admission Guardian platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use this platform.
2. Use of Data
The information and data available on Admission Guardian is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Students are encouraged to use this data to make informed decisions about their education. However, copying, reproducing, aggregating, or selling any data from this platform in any form — whether for commercial purposes or otherwise — is strictly prohibited.
3. Minimum Age Requirement
Admission Guardian is not intended for users under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect or retain personal information from individuals below this age. By accessing or using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 15, their account and associated data will be removed promptly.
4. Data Accuracy & No Guarantee of Admission
Our college predictors and rank estimators are powered by historical cutoff data and sophisticated algorithms intended to guide your research. However, admission trends change yearly. We do not guarantee actual admission to any institution, nor do we guarantee the real-time accuracy of fees, cutoffs, or placement statistics. The data provided is for informational purposes only, and you should always verify critical details directly with official institution sources.
5. Consent to Contact & Lead Generation
When you use our Predictor tools, the Guided Find Flow, or request more information about an institution, you are actively expressing interest in educational opportunities. By submitting your contact details, you kindly consent to being contacted via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email by Admission Guardian and our verified partner institutions to assist you with your admission journey.
6. Institution Listings & Manager Terms
If you are a college representative claiming a listing or running ad campaigns on our Platform, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Any misleading claims, false placement statistics, or unauthorized use of an institution's brand will result in immediate revocation of your access. Payment and refund rules for ad campaigns are governed by separate advertiser agreements provided at the time of purchase.
7. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
8. User Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content on the Platform. You agree that your content will not be defamatory, false, or misleading.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, crawl, or mine data without permission; (c) submit false reviews or misleading information; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (e) interfere with the operation of the Platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Admission Guardian are the property of Spearhead Eduventures LLP or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
11. Third-Party Links
Admission Guardian may contain links to external websites for the convenience of users. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your use of such outbound links. Any information found on linked third-party sites should be independently verified before being relied upon for any decision. Your use of third-party links is entirely at your own risk. We do not monitor, control, or endorse any third-party websites, and the inclusion of a link does not constitute our endorsement of that site or its content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spearhead Eduventures LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your reliance on any prediction or data provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination & Governing Law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
