DRDO will conduct Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security Courses

The Defense Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT) is launching short-term courses in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cyber Security. DIAT is a deemed university and an autonomous organization under the Department of Defense Research and Development, aided by DRDO.
Each course will run for 12 weeks. Lectures will be held for two hours daily, five days a week. Selection is based on an online entrance examination. Registration is free and open to anyone with a graduation or equivalent degree.
Syllabus Overview
The "Short Term Program on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning" covers foundational and advanced topics. These include Probability Theory, Pattern Recognition, Big Data Analytics, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Augmented Reality, Deep Learning, and related advancements.
The "Online Training and Short Term Course on Cyber Security" focuses on forensic and incident response, system programming, reverse engineering, malware analysis, vulnerability analysis, exploit mitigation, and penetration testing tools and techniques.
Important Dates
Candidates must apply for and pass the entrance exam. The application window opens on January 28 and closes on February 15. The entrance exam for AI and ML is scheduled for February 20, while the Cyber Security exam will be on February 21.
