At this review, it directs UPTAC 2026 applicants to uptac.samarth.edu.in. That year-specific direction does not establish the rules or portal for 2027 or any later cycle.

UPSEE, UPTAC and your actual admission route

An old exam name is not enough to identify the application you need. Write down the degree, entry level, academic year and institutions you are considering. Then find the authority's applicable brochure and notices for that combination.

Do not assume that a first-year B.Tech route also covers lateral entry, architecture, pharmacy, postgraduate study or every university in Uttar Pradesh. Likewise, finding a JEE Main score on your result does not by itself establish eligibility for a particular state admission process.

What this correction removes

The previous article gave a fixed April examination date, an old fee table, blanket identification and eligibility claims, and an 11-paper examination pattern. It also described future registration and result months. The page no longer offers those as actionable instructions.

This correction does not replace them with guessed current figures. The linked official index confirms the 2026 portal destination; it does not, by itself, prove a particular candidate's accepted examination, board threshold, reservation entitlement, registration fee or application deadline. Read the actual course and candidature rules before paying or making a choice.

Make your next college enquiry specific

Once you know the route, inspect the engineering college directory for your shortlist. Record these details before asking a college or admissions authority a question:

• Academic year, college, campus, degree and entry level.
• Official admission route and the document you have read.
• The missing fact: eligibility clause, accepted result, fee component or reporting step.
• Source link, document date and the deadline that makes an answer necessary.

For example: “For first-year B.Tech at this campus in my entry year, which official notice identifies the accepted entrance result and counselling authority?” Get the applicable written source. A generic admission advertisement or an old UPSEE article is insufficient evidence.

Can I use this page's former exam date or fee table?

No. Those were legacy instructions and have been withdrawn. Use the current authority's dated documents for your exact course, entry level and academic year.

Does the UPTAC 2026 portal announcement confirm 2027 admissions?

No. The official index's direction is explicitly for 2026. Check the official authority again when planning a later intake and distinguish published rules from an anticipated schedule.

Can a JEE Main college predictor confirm my UP admission eligibility?

No. Admission Guardian's JEE Main College Predictor uses its disclosed historical NIT+ evidence; it is not a UPTAC allotment engine. Use the applicable Uttar Pradesh admission rules and accepted result for that process. A prediction cannot replace eligibility checking or an actual allotment.
