Refund Policy
Our refund and cancellation policy for credit packs, subscriptions, and lead purchases.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on the Admission Guardian platform, operated by Spearhead Eduventures LLP. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.
2. Google Play Purchases
If you purchase a subscription, credit pack, or any add-on service through the Admission Guardian Android app on Google Play: Google's Refund Window: Google Play offers an automatic refund window of 48 hours for most purchases. During this period, you can request a refund directly through Google Play (Google Play app → Payments & Subscriptions → Request Refund). Refunds processed by Google during this window are subject to Google's refund policies and are NOT governed by our standard refund terms below. Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions purchased through Google Play can be cancelled at any time via: (a) Google Play app → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Admission Guardian → Cancel (b) pay.google.com → Subscriptions Cancelling via email ([email protected]) is also accepted, but cancellation through Google Play or pay.google.com is the recommended and faster method. After Google's Refund Window: Once Google's automatic refund window has passed, our standard refund policy (stated below) applies. However, Google may still process refunds at their discretion for exceptional circumstances (defective products, unauthorized purchases). Contact Google Play Support for such cases. Price Differences: Prices displayed on our website may differ from in-app prices on Google Play due to platform service fees charged by Google. The price shown to you at the time of purchase within the app is the final price you will be charged. We do not offer refunds or credits for price differences between platforms.
3. Credit Packs
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire. In case of duplicate payment or technical error, contact us within 7 days for verification and refund of the duplicate amount only.
4. Subscriptions
Professional and Premium plans are non-refundable after activation. You may cancel anytime and retain access until period end. No pro-rated refunds.
5. Lead Unlocks
Leads unlocked with credits grant permanent access. Report invalid leads for credit refund - reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds credit your wallet.
6. Duplicate Payments
Multiple charges for the same transaction due to technical error will be refunded upon verification. Report within 30 days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days. Wallet credit refunds are instant.
8. Cancellation
Request cancellation at [email protected]. Takes effect at end of current billing cycle. No refunds for remaining period.
