AIIMS Paramedical Admit Card 2026 will be released on 27 June 2026, seven days before the entrance exam scheduled for 4 July 2026. By 14 June 2026, the application correction window has already closed, and your focus should zero in on one item: the hall ticket. This single PDF-downloaded from aiimsexams.ac.in-is your only entry ticket to the computer-based test that fills roughly 900-950 BSc paramedical seats across the AIIMS network. Let us walk through everything you need: exact download steps, the verification checklist, the official helpdesk for errors, and the exam-day protocol that will be printed on your admit card.
AIIMS Delhi announced the exam schedule on 25 March 2026. Registration ran from 25 March to 24 April 2026. The admit card release date is now confirmed; here is the full timeline so you see where you stand.

Mark your calendar: the download window opens on 27 June and stays active until the exam morning. No late release will happen at the centre, and no hard copy is sent by post.
The admit card lives solely on the AIIMS examination portal. You will need two credentials: your Registration ID and Password, both generated during the two-stage PAAR (Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration) process.
Go to the official website Type aiimsexams.ac.in into your browser. Avoid any other domain.
Locate the admit card link On the homepage, look for “AIIMS Paramedical Admit Card 2026” under the candidate activity section. The link becomes active on 27 June 2026.
Log in Enter your unique Registration ID and the password you created during basic registration. If a security captcha appears, type it exactly.
Download the PDF After successful login, the hall ticket appears. Check all details (name, photograph, exam centre, reporting time) on screen. Download the PDF and save a copy on your device.
Print multiple copies Use A4 sheets. The admit card instructions will mention whether a colour print is required. Historically, a crisp black-and-white print has been accepted, but follow whatever is written on the document. Keep at least two clear printouts.
Do not discard the admit card after the exam You must carry it during counselling and document verification. AIIMS counselling begins in August 2026, and the hall ticket may be asked for again at the reporting institute.
As soon as the PDF opens, cross-check these fields-loudly, slowly, line by line.
If any detail looks wrong, do not wait. The next section gives you the official route to report it.
Errors-misspelt name, wrong DOB, mismatched photograph, incorrect category-are more common than candidates expect. AIIMS does not automatically reject you for a small discrepancy, but you must act immediately.

Recheck your application form Compare every detail on the admit card with the final registration form you submitted. Screenshot both.
Call the helpline during working hours Explain the error clearly. Note down the complaint ID or ticket number the representative gives you.
Send an email immediately Subject line: Admit Card Error - Application Number [XXXXXXX] - [Your Name]. In the mail body, state the discrepancy and attach:
Important: You cannot change the exam centre or exam date through this correction process. Once allocated, the centre is final.
The instructions on your admit card will override any generic advice, but here is what the AIIMS exam ecosystem typically enforces-applicable directly to the paramedical CBT.
AIIMS does not prescribe a uniform, but the focus is on quick security clearance. Wear:
| Permitted | Prohibited |
|---|---|
| Printed admit card and photo ID | Mobile phones, smartwatches, fitness bands |
| Transparent water bottle (labels removed) | Calculators, Bluetooth devices, earphones |
| Simple pen (if allowed for signing; CBT may not require any) | Bags, wallets, handbags, pouches |
| Medical items (PwD, with prior approval) | Books, notes, loose papers, study material |
| Prescription glasses | Food (unless medically necessary and approved) |
Possessing a prohibited item-even switched off-results in immediate cancellation of candidature. There is no locker facility; leave everything non-essential at home or with a guardian.
Knowing what lies behind the admit card helps you stay calm.

Around 900-950 seats are available across AIIMS Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Rishikesh, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur, Bhopal, Kalyani, Nagpur, Bibinagar, Mangalagiri, and Bilaspur. The course fee for the entire paramedical programme sits between ₹1,000 and ₹2,400, plus hostel and mess charges-remarkably subsidised compared to private institutions.
Keep your admit card safe; you will show it at the counselling venue and during document verification, alongside your Class 10 and 12 certificates, category certificate (if applicable), and a valid photo ID.
