Scholarships AIM currently lists
AIM’s official scholarship page describes its FutureLeaders scholarship programme for management applicants and names six awards: AIM Leadership Award, Academic Excellence Award, Women in Business Scholarship, Early Commitment Scholarship, Consistent Performer Award and AIM Achiever Scholarship. The page says candidates are evaluated for the highest category for which they qualify and that individual award amounts are not disclosed. It directs applicants to an online scholarship assessment process after applying for a preferred PGDM programme and submitting academic records and test scores. The public page does not show a current amount table or a complete award-by-award rule set. AIM scholarships
These names describe different award themes, but the page reviewed does not publish a separate formula or fixed threshold for each one. “Academic Excellence” and “Consistent Performer,” for example, should not be taken as a disclosed grade cutoff. The Leadership Award name does not establish a specific office, activity or leadership score requirement. Applicants should treat the list as the institute’s published scholarship categories and ask AIM for the current eligibility assessment, award value and terms that apply to their course and intake.
How the stated assessment route works
The official page outlines a sequence: apply for a preferred PGDM programme, submit academic records and entrance-test scores, and speak with a counsellor or complete the institute’s assessment process to learn which scholarship category may apply. That description indicates a review of applicant information; it does not guarantee that every applicant receives an award or state that meeting one visible condition automatically produces a particular amount. The page does not provide a public calculator, scoring rubric, award ranking table or decision timeline in the material reviewed.
The admissions pages identify CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT and ATMA scores for the current PGDM process. However, the scholarship page does not specify whether every listed test is treated identically for scholarship assessment or how score year, percentile, academic record, gender, leadership experience or application timing affect a decision. Do not transfer the admissions eligibility rule into a scholarship rule. An applicant can be eligible to apply to a programme without having a scholarship offer, and a scholarship category name alone does not establish an entitlement. What to confirm before relying on an award
Ask the admissions or scholarship team to confirm whether the award applies to the exact programme and batch you intend to join. The current page describes PGDM scholarship assessment; it does not establish the same terms for MBA Healthcare Management, Executive MBA Healthcare or BBA. Confirm whether an award is a reduction in tuition, a one-time credit or another form of aid, and whether it applies to every installment or only a specified fee component. No rupee amount or fee percentage is stated on the captured page, so this guide does not estimate a saving.
Request the award letter or written terms before comparing the net cost of two programmes. Check whether continued eligibility depends on academic performance, attendance, conduct, payment dates or other conditions; whether the award can be combined with another scholarship; and what happens if a student defers, withdraws or changes programme. These are practical questions to raise because the public page does not publish renewal, stacking, refund or withdrawal rules. They are not conditions attributed to AIM unless confirmed in the applicant’s own written offer.
The fee pages publish separate batch 2027–29 schedules for the self-sponsored PGDM and Healthcare MBA, but they do not identify a scholarship amount to subtract from those totals. A scholarship recipient should therefore compare the institute’s written award with the matching programme fee schedule and verify which charges remain payable. A promotional label such as “financial assistance” should not be treated as proof that hostel, travel, deposit or other costs are covered. The scholarship page’s statement that amounts are not disclosed means a reader needs an individual assessment or formal communication for a usable net-fee figure.
Reading the six award names carefully
AIM’s page presents a portfolio intended to recognize merit, leadership, women in business, early commitment, consistent performance and achievement. It does not publish a complete category-to-criteria matrix. The labels can help applicants identify what to ask about: whether academic records are assessed across all years, what “early commitment” means for the relevant admission cycle, and whether the Women in Business Scholarship has specific eligibility or documentation requirements. They do not support assumptions about automatic qualification based on a single mark, test score, gender, activity or payment date.
The highest-category rule is also relevant. AIM says students are evaluated for the highest category they qualify for, but the public page does not explain whether awards can be combined, whether only one award is granted, or whether a candidate can appeal a decision. Ask for the category decision, amount, fee component, payment timing and renewal conditions in writing. If the institute uses an assessment process rather than publishing an open formula, the written offer is the practical source for the individual award.
Current limits and applicant checklist
The captured official page names six categories and explains the high-level assessment route. It does not publish individual amounts, numerical qualification thresholds, application windows for each award, a scoring formula, renewal conditions, stacking rules or an award-specific document checklist. AIM’s currently advertised PGDM admissions are for 2027–29, but the scholarship page alone does not establish that every award will remain available throughout that cycle or specify a scholarship deadline. Confirm availability with the current portal and admissions team before making a payment decision.
Before accepting an offer, identify the exact scholarship name, programme, batch and rupee amount in the written communication. Ask how the award changes the published fee installments and whether it is conditional on future academic or payment performance. Keep the scholarship award letter alongside your fee schedule and receipts. If a response is verbal, request confirmation by email so that the amount and conditions are clear.
This guide reflects AIM’s scholarship page and PGDM admission process checked on 1 November 2026. It reports the categories and process the institute publishes; it does not promise award eligibility or estimate a student’s net cost. Individual amounts and detailed terms should be confirmed directly with AIM for the applicant’s programme and intake.
