Start with the school and degree
ATLAS does not use one common entrance process for all undergraduate courses. Its official pages list separate admissions pathways under ISDI, ISME, uGDX and the School of Law, with assessments tailored to the programme. A design applicant may need a portfolio and design aptitude test; a technology applicant sits a technical aptitude test; business applicants take a Business Aptitude Test and attend a Collaborative Accelerator; the integrated law route uses the ATLAS Law Entrance Test and interview. These are institution-specific selection steps. Do not substitute a JEE, CUET, CLAT or state-counselling cutoff unless the current page for your exact degree explicitly requires it. ATLAS undergraduate calendar
This guide follows the published July 2027 intake pages reviewed on 1 November 2026. The school-specific pages are the most useful source for eligibility, stages and dates. ATLAS’s central undergraduate page shows more than one set of B.Tech dates; where it differs from the dedicated B.Tech admissions page, use the latter as the controlling source and confirm the calendar in your application portal. Keep a copy of the relevant page and any admissions email because dates and cycle availability may be updated.
B.Des: 50% in Class XII, design test, portfolio and interview
The ISDI page says Indian-board applicants need an aggregate of 50% in Grade XII in any discipline. It also lists qualification routes for A-levels and the International Baccalaureate, including an IB Diploma requirement of 24 points across three Higher Level and three Standard Level subjects. The page describes a five-stage process: submit the application, take the Design Aptitude Test, complete portfolio review, attend a personal interview, and receive the final selection decision and offer letter. Its FAQ calls the challenge a design aptitude assessment and says a portfolio is recommended; the main process lists portfolio review, so applicants should confirm whether a portfolio is compulsory for their chosen specialisation. ISDI B.Des admission page
For July 2027 Cycle 1, the published schedule lists the Design Aptitude Test and portfolio stage from 11 September through 5 November 2026, interviews from 26 October through 27 November, results on 10 December, acceptance by 15 January 2027, and semester-fee payment by 31 May 2027. The test window is close to ending as of this review date. Check your portal for the slot assigned to you and whether any later cycle is available; do not assume the first-cycle dates automatically extend.
ISDI’s programme menu includes multiple B.Des specialisations. The admissions page does not make a single design test score or portfolio threshold applicable across every route. Confirm that the application names the intended specialisation and that the interview and portfolio instructions correspond to it.
B.Tech: check the required subjects before booking the technical test
The ISDI B.Tech page lists a minimum of 50% in Class XII for Indian-board applicants, with Mathematics and Physics mandatory and one additional listed subject such as Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, a technical-vocational subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies or Entrepreneurship. The page also gives separate A-level and IB equivalence routes. Applicants with a nonstandard curriculum should get written confirmation that their subjects meet the stated combination before paying an application fee. ISDI B.Tech admission page
The July 2027 Cycle 1 schedule on the dedicated page lists applications opened on 11 September 2026, a Technical Aptitude Test through 5 November, interviews from 26 October to 27 November, results on 10 December and acceptance by 15 January 2027. The page’s application steps are application form, technical aptitude test, personal interview and final offer. It does not describe a JEE rank-based seat-allocation round in this process. Candidates should read the official programme and admission policy for any additional requirements and verify the test format, interview mode and document checklist in the portal.
There is a calendar discrepancy to be aware of: the university-wide admissions page also shows a B.Tech schedule with a December application deadline and later result and fee dates. The school page currently presents a July 2027 Cycle 1 schedule with November test and interview dates. Treat that conflict as a prompt to obtain written confirmation, not as permission to choose whichever deadline is more convenient.
BBA and B.Sc.: similar calendar, different academic prerequisites
The BBA/BBA (Hons.) page describes a three-year degree or four-year honours route. Indian-board eligibility is 50% in Grade XII in any discipline. Its admissions sequence includes an online Business Aptitude Test (BAT) and a Collaborative Accelerator. The July 2027 Cycle 1 calendar lists BAT from 11 September to 18 November 2026, an on-campus Collaborative Accelerator on 21 November at 11 a.m. and an online option for outstation applicants on 25 November at 11 a.m.; results are listed for 9 December, acceptance by 22 December, and annual-fee payment by 31 May 2027. ISME BBA admissions
The B.Sc. page lists a three-year degree or four-year honours option. Its Indian-board criterion is 50% in Grade XII with Mathematics mandatory, and its application stages are an online aptitude test and interview. The published July 2027 Cycle 1 schedule places the combined assessment window through 27 November, results on 2 December, acceptance by 15 December and annual-fee payment by 31 May 2027. The page’s menu lists Finance and Economics & Data Analytics under the B.Sc. (Hons.) area. ISME B.Sc. admissions
There is an internal eligibility discrepancy that applicants should resolve before paying: the B.Sc. admissions section states 50% with Mathematics, while an older FAQ on the same site says B.Sc. Finance requires 60% and Mathematics. This guide does not silently choose between them. Ask ISME to confirm the operative threshold for your exact B.Sc. programme and intake in writing, and retain that reply with your application record.
BBA LL.B.: law test and interview for a five-year integrated course
The School of Law lists a five-year BBA LL.B. programme. For Indian boards, the July 2027 admissions page states 50% or above in Grade XII in any discipline. The route includes an online application, application-fee payment, the ATLAS Law Entrance Test, a personal interview for shortlisted applicants, offer and enrolment. The entrance test description names English, current affairs, general knowledge, legal reasoning, logical reasoning and quantitative techniques. ATLAS School of Law admissions
For the July 2027 intake, the page labels a current cycle and lists the law test from 11 September to 14 November 2026, interviews from 16 to 28 November, results on 2 December, acceptance by 15 December and semester-fee payment by 31 May 2027. The page does not say that CLAT or another national test replaces its own assessment. Candidates should confirm the test slot, interview format, exact documents and any later cycle directly with the School of Law. The same page shows separate eligibility routes for international curricula; use those details if your qualification is not an Indian Grade XII certificate.
What to confirm before you submit
- Open the individual school page for the exact degree and specialisation. Verify the minimum marks, required subjects and accepted board equivalence. For B.Sc., request clarification of the 50% versus 60% conflict before applying.
- Read the correct assessment instructions: design test and portfolio for B.Des; technical aptitude test for B.Tech; BAT and Collaborative Accelerator for BBA; aptitude test and interview for B.Sc.; law entrance test and interview for BBA LL.B. Do not prepare for another programme’s exam by mistake.
- Compare the dedicated school calendar with the live application portal. The university-wide page has overlapping B.Tech dates that conflict with its school-specific calendar. If dates differ, ask admissions which schedule governs your application and save the written response.
- Confirm application and enrolment charges, refund rules, test arrangements and any accommodation or accessibility request before payment. Keep proof of payment and the application ID.
- If you are awaiting Grade XII results, check the school’s current policy for appearing candidates, document deadlines and the conditions attached to a conditional offer. Do not assume every programme uses the same rule.
The dates above are a snapshot of official pages for the July 2027 intake, not a guarantee that a slot remains available. A page can be revised after this review. For a deadline-sensitive decision, verify the exact date and status with the programme’s admissions team before travelling or making a payment.
