Start with the correct session and portal
For July 2025, AIIMS described a three-stage application: registration and basic candidate information, generation of an Examination Unique Code (EUC), then completion of the session application. A previously accepted basic registration could be reused in that session, but an EUC from an earlier exam was not valid for July 2025. The next cycle may change the portal or sequence, so follow the current AIIMS prospectus and INI-CET page rather than assuming the old login still applies.
The 2025 process required accurate personal details and uploaded photo, signature and left-thumb impression. The prospectus warns that registration could be rejected when images did not meet the portal’s specifications. After accepted registration, the candidate generated the session-specific EUC, completed the application, uploaded applicable category or route documents and paid the fee. Treat each stage as a separate checkpoint: accepted basic details do not mean the final application was submitted.
July 2025 fees and documents
The July 2025 Part A fee table listed ₹4,000 for General/OBC, foreign-national, OCI and sponsored applicants; ₹3,200 for SC/ST/EWS; and no examination fee for PwBD candidates. Bank transaction or processing charges could be payable separately. These are historical amounts, not a 2027 price list. The future prospectus controls payment, category treatment, accepted methods and refunds.
Documents depend on the route. The Part A prospectus discusses category certificates, sponsorship certificates, foreign-national no-objection documents and OCI cards. Check the current checklist for the exact upload date and validity window. Keep scan files legible, unaltered and within the official size and format limits. The source identifies photograph, signature and thumb impression as image uploads; it does not make a generic checklist sufficient for every category.
Corrections and final submission
In the July 2025 schedule, AIIMS provided a status and rejected-image correction window after registration closed. That was a limited opportunity to correct rejected images, not permission to alter every application field. The prospectus states that category change was not allowed after payment of the registration fee and that details in registration and the completion application could not be edited after their closing dates. Do not assume a future cycle will offer the same correction window or allow the same changes.
Before payment, review your name, date of birth, qualification, internship information, category, contact details and uploaded images against source documents. Save the application number and payment receipt, then check the portal for completion status and any image objection. If the current prospectus provides a query or correction channel, use that channel before its deadline; do not rely on an email or phone call as a substitute for submission.
A reliable submission sequence
- Read the current session prospectus and note the document revision date.
- Complete one-time registration or verify the existing account as directed.
- Resolve image rejection before generating the session code.
- Generate the correct EUC for that session.
- Complete all application sections, upload route-specific certificates and review the form.
- Pay the stated fee, retain proof and verify the application status after submission.
In the 2025 prospectus, the application form and later stages were provisional until eligibility was verified. A successful payment or admit card did not confirm final admission eligibility. If your document or fee category is unusual, resolve it with the official portal instructions before the deadline. No 2027 registration window, fee or correction policy was confirmed in the sources opened for this page.
A final application audit
Before you leave the portal, compare the information shown in each stage with the documents you will use for admission. Check spelling and identity details, course selection, category, examination-centre preferences if requested, contact details and uploaded images. For a certificate-based route, confirm that the file is legible and that the certificate meets the session’s stated issuing authority and date requirements. The point is to find a mismatch while the application is still open, not after the correction facility has ended.
Treat registration, EUC generation and final application submission as separate status checks. Save evidence after each stage: registration identifier, EUC, completed form and payment receipt. Then return to the dashboard and confirm that it shows the completed state. A payment confirmation alone is not proof that all required fields or documents were accepted.
The July 2025 prospectus limited editing after the published deadlines and stated that category changes were not permitted after payment. That is why the order matters: verify sensitive details before payment and do not plan on a broad correction window. A later cycle can use different steps, so follow its instructions rather than copying this sequence blindly.
If an image is rejected, use the portal status and the official correction instructions to identify which file needs replacement. Do not upload a different category document or alter other fields unless the notice permits it. Keep a local copy of the accepted image and the final submitted form. If you need assistance, use the current prospectus’s designated channel and retain the query reference. This recordkeeping advice does not establish any future response time or correction right.
