I.T.S Ghaziabad Scholarships: the latest published MBA and employee-family terms
For applicants considering I.T.S Mohan Nagar, the useful scholarship detail currently available is for the MBA 2026–2028 batch. The institute’s page lists one-time awards by graduation marks and several narrower categories. It does not establish that these amounts will continue for the 2027–2029 batch. The published material is less complete for MCA, so confirm its criteria separately rather than applying MBA awards to another programme.
MBA awards listed for the 2026–2028 batch
The official MBA programme and scholarship page labels its MBA intake as the Twenty-Two Batch (2026–2028), and its “Attractive Scholarship” table is marked one time only. The page lists:
These are the amounts and labels shown for the named 2026–2028 MBA batch, not a confirmed 2027–2029 schedule. The page does not explain how the different categories interact, whether applicants may combine awards, how ties or limited seats are allocated, or whether a specific category has additional documents or conditions. Do not add awards together or deduct a scholarship from the fee before the institute confirms your eligibility and the amount in writing.
The same page’s fee section identifies annual academic fee of ₹1,00,300 for the 2026–2028 MBA batch and notes that additional charges, if applicable, will be communicated. Scholarship value should therefore be checked against the official fee notice for your own batch and the precise item to which the award applies. The page does not say that every award is refundable, transferable, or automatically renewed.
A separate employee-children scheme
I.T.S’s official policy compilation contains an Employees Children Scholarship Scheme. It says the scheme is open to children of full-time employees of I.T.S The Education Group, irrespective of designation, and that the grant applies in all years of a particular programme. The table separates BDS/MDS from “Other Courses,” which includes programmes such as the Ghaziabad MBA and MCA described elsewhere in the same institutional records.
For “Other Courses,” the policy lists a scholarship of 10% of yearly academic fees for an employee with at least three years of service, 20% for at least five years, and 30% for at least ten years. It describes selection as based on academic merit and employee tenure. Renewal depends on maintaining academic standards, including attendance and passing with marks equivalent to a second division. The policy says the scholarship ends if the employee leaves the group. It states that the scheme is effective from academic session 2024–25 for new admissions.
This is a distinct, eligibility-limited scheme. It is not a general 10%–30% discount for all students, and the 2024–25 effective date does not prove that the policy has remained unchanged for 2027 admissions. If you may qualify, ask HR or Admissions to confirm the employee’s service record, the applicable percentage, which academic-fee components are covered, renewal documentation and what happens if employment status changes. Keep the confirmation alongside your fee schedule.
MCA and other aid: confirm the programme-specific rules
The institute’s general FAQ says scholarships are available to meritorious students under different categories, but directs applicants to contact the institute for eligibility. It does not provide a batch-dated MCA award schedule in the material reviewed for this article. The official scholarship downloads page did not load during this review, so its linked MCA form could not be checked directly. No MBA marks threshold or award amount should be treated as an MCA entitlement unless the current MCA notice says so.
Likewise, a government or welfare scholarship is not the same as an institute award. The sources reviewed here do not specify a current state or central scheme, eligibility threshold, application window or amount for a particular ITS 2027 student. Check the relevant government scheme portal and the Ghaziabad institute’s verification requirements for your category and academic year. A notice from another ITS campus or an old group-level page may use different awards or conditions.
How to verify and budget before accepting an award
Ask the admission office for a written scholarship notice naming I.T.S Ghaziabad/Mohan Nagar, your exact programme and batch. Confirm whether the award is one-time or renewable; what percentage, marks or category qualifies; which documents prove eligibility; whether awards can be combined; how many places are available; and whether the amount is applied to tuition or another charge. Request a revised fee ledger showing the award as a separate line item, the remaining amount due, payment dates and any charges outside academic fees.
For MBA applicants, the 2026–2028 table is a useful prior-batch reference, but it is not a promise of the 2027–2029 award. For MCA applicants, request the current programme-specific form because no verified amount is stated here. For employee-family applicants, ask for the latest policy revision and written confirmation of the employee tenure and renewal terms. Do not commit to fees assuming that a listed scholarship will be granted automatically. The 2027–28 scholarship amounts and application process remain unannounced in the sources reviewed.
