IBS Gurgaon offers the two-year full-time PGPM. The current IBS fee table lists the Gurgaon PGPM price for the 2026-28 batch; this is a published reference for that named batch, not a confirmed 2027-29 price. The current IBS registration portal is labelled for IBSAT 2026 and the 2027-29 intake, while the fee page continues to show 2026-28. Keep those editions separate when budgeting.
The Program Fee page gives the two-year Gurgaon PGPM fee as ₹9,09,000 for 2026-28. IBS’s separate Admissions page states ₹4.545 lakh per year for the PGPM campuses that include Gurgaon. Multiplying ₹4.545 lakh by two gives ₹9.09 lakh, which agrees with the two-year table. This cross-check confirms the arithmetic and period; it does not extend the amount to the 2027-29 batch.
The FAQ describes its campus totals as including the admission fee. The published fee page also identifies the extra refundable caution deposit: ₹10,000 is payable with the first instalment, and living expenses are extra. The page does not list Gurgaon installment amounts or a complete living-cost estimate. Ask the admissions office or the current candidate portal for the exact instalment calendar before planning cash flow.
The fee table’s heading says “Fee for 2 Years (Rs. in Lakhs)” but prints the Gurgaon row as “9,09,000/-”. The separate Admissions page gives ₹4.545 lakh per year and the FAQ displays ₹9,09,000, so the consistent reading is ₹9.09 lakh for the full two years. Keep the annual and two-year presentations distinct when comparing offers. The ₹1,800 IBSAT 2026 application fee is listed separately in the FAQ; it is not part of the PGPM programme-fee amount.
Adding the programme fee and deposit gives a scheduled outflow of ₹9.19 lakh before living expenses, subject to the instalment terms. The ₹10,000 deposit is refundable, so ₹9.19 lakh should not be treated as a non-refundable tuition total. The official pages reviewed do not show the Gurgaon payment dates, instalment amounts, accommodation cost or refund conditions for withdrawing after admission. Confirm those details in the batch-specific bulletin or in writing before committing.
Treat the deposit as a separate refundable amount, not as extra tuition. IBS says to pay it with the first instalment, but the pages reviewed do not give a Gurgaon instalment calendar, installment-level amounts, or a deposit-return date. The ₹9.19 lakh figure is therefore a total of the stated two-year fee plus refundable deposit, not a claim that the entire amount is due at admission or that all of it is non-refundable.
The 2026-28 amount is the latest explicit Gurgaon PGPM schedule found in the IBS fee table during this review. The registration portal’s 2027-29 label confirms a later intake is being advertised, but it does not publish a 2027-29 tuition amount on the opened page. Do not carry ₹9.09 lakh forward as a guaranteed price for that batch, and do not use the MBA fee at Hyderabad, Jaipur or Dehradun as a substitute for Gurgaon’s PGPM fee.
The fee schedule does not state whether a later revision, payment-plan change or campus-specific charge will apply to 2027-29. Before accepting an offer, verify the exact Gurgaon PGPM batch, two-year fee, admission-fee treatment, caution-deposit refundability, each installment due date and any accommodation or other mandatory charges in the official current documents. Scholarship amounts are not deducted from the fee figures here; evaluate any award separately against its own eligibility and renewal conditions.
The price cannot be forecast from other IBS campuses: their fee rows include different programmes and amounts, while Gurgaon is a PGPM campus. Use only the Gurgaon PGPM row for comparison and wait for an official Gurgaon 2027-29 schedule before treating a later value as confirmed.
For a practical budget, start with ₹9.09 lakh as the clearly labelled two-year 2026-28 PGPM fee, add the separate refundable ₹10,000 deposit, and leave living expenses unpriced until IBS publishes a Gurgaon-specific estimate. Do not convert the published amount into a monthly or annual bill without the installment schedule.
If you are applying for 2027-29, ask IBS to confirm the fee in writing for IBS Gurgaon and the batch on your application. Keep the fee notice with your offer and compare the due dates and refund terms in that same document; a fee page for 2026-28 is useful context but cannot establish what a later batch will pay.
When checking a payment demand, verify that the campus says Gurgaon and the programme says PGPM; keep the application charge, programme fee and refundable deposit in separate rows. Ask for the exact fee notice for the batch on your offer, installment amounts and dates, refund conditions for the deposit, and whether accommodation or any mandatory campus charges are additional. Keep the issued notice and payment receipt with your application records.
