CUET-PG is the single national entrance exam for admission to postgraduate programmes in central, state, and participating private universities in India, conducted by NTA. The 2026 exam was held from 6 to 27 March 2026 across 157 subjects. Over 4.11 lakh candidates registered. Each paper has 75 MCQs carrying 300 marks with +4/-1 marking. Results were declared on 24 April 2026. Counselling is university-specific; over 190 institutions accept scores.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognised university; final-year students eligible. No age limit (NTA). Universities may impose additional conditions (minimum marks, subject requirements, age). Indian citizens, Nepal/Bhutan citizens, Tibetan refugees, and specified migrants eligible. NRI/PIO/OCI candidates check individual university guidelines.
