Eligibility criteria for Medical Lab Technology
Certificate in Medical Lab Technology (C.M.L.T.) is a six-month course for which the eligibility is 10th pass. For Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (D.M.L.T.) it is necessary to pass 12th. The duration of this course is two years. Passing with PCB or PCM as the 12th major subject is mandatory. For B.Sc. In Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) also it is mandatory to pass 12th with science subjects. Duration of Bsc in M.L.T. is three years. At many places, there can be an Entrance test for admission to the above courses. In the top and well-known colleges, the entrance test is done, and the selection is done only on the basis of the merit of the entrance examination.
