UPSEE 2019
Introduction
UPSEE 2019 or Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam organized by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh is a state level examination. For providing admission to eligible candidates into various Undergraduate and Postgraduate professional degree courses in the field of engineering & technology, management, and pharmacy etc available at the colleges/institutes, affiliated to the University this exam is conducted annually. UPSEE (UP State Entrance Examination) was previously known as UPTU entrance exam.
This exam for those candidates who wish to get admission in B.Tech in different branches, B. Pharma, B.Arch, bachelor in Design, Hotel Management, MCA and MBA etc in the institutions and colleges of Uttar Pradesh. For both undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses This year UPSEE 2019 examination will be held on 21st April 2019. Candidates who are Interested and eligible can fill UPSEE 2019 Application Form which will be available online in the month of January 2019.
Eligibility for UPSEE 2019
- All Indian citizens who fulfill the minimum educational eligibility criteria for admission to respective courses can fill up the form online.
- Educational eligibility for different courses is given in the table below. Appearing candidates are also eligible.
- NRI/Foreign Nationals/PIO/ Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries/Kashmiri Migrants can also apply.
- There will be no upper age limit to apply for the exam.
- Aadhaar card will be mandatory to apply.

UPSEE 2019 Application Form
- The applicant can download the application form from the official website. It will be only available Online.
- From the first week of January 2019 applicant can fill the UPSEE 2019application form online.
- UPTU application form 2019 can be submitted till last week of February 2019.
- The applicant will have to upload scanned images of their latest color photograph, left-hand thumb impression, and signature At the time of form filling.
- No need to send the printed copy of confirmation page after completion & submission of online application.
- Candidates should keep the print copy of the confirmation page with them for future reference.
UPSEE 2019 Application Fee:
The application fee is Rs. 1200 (For Male/Transgender of General & OBC category) & Rs. 600 (For Female /Physically Handicapped of all categories & SC/ST category). The fee can be paid by credit/debit card/Net Banking.
Mode of Payment
Applicants can make the payment either through online mode using a debit card/ATM card, online wallet etc or through offline mode (bank mode) by filling in the challan issued by UPSEE conducting body after filling the form.

If your Rank is not Satisfactory
Students who get low scores in UPSEE/JEE and other engineering entrance exams can also get admission in major engineering colleges and universities. There are several well-known private colleges and universities recognized by the government in different states of the country, where students can get admission easily by joining the counselling process organized by the state government. Also, they can get seats in many big private universities by joining the university-level counselling process.
It is natural for the parents and the students (who are trying to get admission for the first time) that they do not have adequate and comparative information regarding the level of colleges and universities across the country. Many times in relation to counselling process also they have lack of information.
How to apply for UPSEE 2019
Applicants can fill and submit the UPSEE application form online only by clicking official website of Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam. Applicants are advised to go through all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the information brochure before applying. Most likely in the 2nd week of January 2019, the online registration will commence. Step wise instructions regarding UPSEE 2019 Application form fill up is given below
- Visit the official website of UPSEE.
- Fill up the online registration form by entering some basic details.
- You will get a unique registration number and password after the registration. Login and access the application form by using your registration number and password.
- Enter all the personal and educational details in UPSEE 2019 Application Form correctly.
- Upload scanned images of signature, thumb impression and colored photograph as per the given specification.
- Pay the necessary application fee as per the prescribed payment mode.
- Get a printout of “confirmation page” for future reference.
- Sending the hard copy of filled-in application form/or any document to the University is not needed.
- Recheck the form once again when the application forms correction facility will be available for a specific period of time.
Availability of Admit card
Applicants who have filled the form correctly and are eligible will get the admit card online from the official website of Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam. Generally, it is made available a few days before the commencement date of examination. Applicants should take the print out of their admit card and paste a colored passport size photograph on it as per the guidelines. They will have to carry their UPSEE 2019 Admit Card to the examination center.
Examination Pattern of UPSEE 2019
UPSEE 2019 will be organized through Offline (OMR based Test) mode. This exam will be held for 11 papers. Except Drawing Aptitude test (paper 4), all the paper will consist of objective multiple type questions Paper 1, Paper 2, Paper 3 and Paper 4 will be OMR based Test only whereas Paper 5, Paper 6, Paper 7, Paper 8, Paper 9, Paper 10 and Paper 11 will be Computer Based Test only. For each correct answer, there will be 4 marks. There is no negative marking. The medium of examination will be English and Hindi. Examination pattern of UPSEE 2019 is given in the table below

Syllabus of UPSEE 2019
The syllabus of UPSEE 2019 will be different for all the papers. UPSEE 2019 syllabus for B.Tech will be based on 12th standard Chemistry, Physics, & Mathematics subjects. The syllabus of pharmacy paper will cover the topics of Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects of 12th class. Each paper will include different topics & chapters from different fields. Answer Key
The UPSEE 2019 answer key will be published by the university a few days after the examination. Answer key of each paper will be released online at official website on different dates. The applicant can write their objection if they found any discrepancy in the official answer key.
UPSEE 2019 Result
The result and merit list of UPSEE 2019 will be announced sometime in the month of May 2019. Candidates who appeared in the exam can check their result online on the official website.
