The heavy rain between October-November and through February is the rainy season for the west coast and east coast of Malaysia.
Language in Malaysia
Malaysia’s Official Language is Malaysian, with English as its second most spoken language. Manglish is also the language spoken colloquially influenced by Tamil and Malay Chinese, which is heard in English.
Religion in Malaysia
 Islam is the state religion, with nearly 60 percent of Malaysian population practicing Muslim faith. Other religions include Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity and Confucianism. Shariat courts are expected to follow the rulings of all Muslims regarding religious matters. The jurisdiction of the public court is limited to cases of divorce, marriage, apostasy and inheritance.

- Private institute: There are 3 types of private institutions:
A. College
Colleges are independent institutions that prepare students to sit as external candidates in different universities or they have the right to run prescribed courses for the degree of those universities.
B. University College
University College is a high educational institution with the power to provide degrees, but it does not have university status, although it is usually working in this direction.
C. The University
University is an institute that provides degrees in undergraduate and postgraduate. It is also devoted to doing relevant research in its various faculties.

Degree option in Malaysia
1. Certificate
Entry requirements: ‘O’ level or its equivalent with SPM / GCE 1 credit
Age range: 17 and above
Duration: 1-1.5 years
