Students, who are dreaming of medical studies abroad, will now have to give NEET examination. For the admission in the medical course abroad, the government has made the proper examination compulsory. According to the Health Ministry, it is mandatory to have National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for students dreaming of doing medical studies abroad after May 2018.
Let us know that this month the Ministry has made the examination compulsory for admission in government and non-government medical colleges of the foreign country.
In an official statement, the ministry said, “It is reported that Indian students who want to get primary medical qualification from any medical institution outside the country, will have to give a proper examination. This rule will be applicable from May 2018 ‘.
The Ministry also said that students receiving primary medical qualification in the course can now obtain eligibility certificates from the Medical Council of India according to the old rule.
The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) examination is held every year for admission in medical and curriculum (MBBS, MS, BDS etc.) in government and non-government colleges. This year this examination is scheduled to held on May6th 2018.
