As of 27 October 2026, the latest COMEDK UGET calendar reviewed here is for the completed 2026 examination. COMEDK has not published a 2027 examination schedule in the official pages reviewed, so there is no confirmed 2027 application start, closing date, test date, admit-ticket date or result date to list. The dates below are historical reference for the 2026-27 cycle. They show the order of events and how the schedule changed; they must not be treated as a forecast for the next admission year. Check COMEDK’s official UGET notifications for any future calendar and revised notice.

The original application close was 16 March at noon. COMEDK first extended it to 20 March at noon and then to 23 March at 4 pm. That sequence is useful context for understanding why a saved calendar reminder is not a substitute for checking revised notices. It does not mean a future deadline will be extended. Applicants should plan around the currently published deadline and treat an extension as effective only after COMEDK posts it.

How the milestone sequence works

The correction period followed the application deadline, but it was limited to selected information. COMEDK’s 2026 guidance allowed correction of specified details such as photo or signature uploads, category and academic entries; it excluded critical or unique fields including the applicant name, email, mobile number and test-city choice. Applicants should therefore proofread those restricted fields before submitting, rather than expecting a later correction facility to repair every mistake. After making permitted changes, the candidate had to submit the edits and rely on the saved application record.

The ticket was an online document in the candidate login, not a mailed card. In 2026 the download window began on 30 April, and the exam date itself was also the last date listed for downloading the ticket. A candidate travelling to a centre needed to check the exact location and session on the ticket before arranging travel. The official brochure advised reporting well before the test and required a printed ticket and original identity document. Do not wait until the day of travel to discover a login or download issue.

The result sequence also had separate stages. The provisional key was made available first, with a short objection window, then a final answer key and finally the score or rank card. These are not interchangeable documents. A candidate who believes an answer is wrong should use the official challenge route while it is open and preserve the required supporting material; after the final result, the brochure says the published final result is binding and further claims are not entertained. Do not use an unofficial answer-key estimate as an official rank.

Planning for a future cycle

The 2026 calendar spans application, correction, ticket, examination and result steps over several months. It offers a practical checklist: check notices when the new registration page opens; complete the form early enough to resolve payment problems; revisit the account during any official correction period; save the ticket as soon as enabled; and monitor key, objection and result notices after the test. Dates for counselling belong to the separate counselling schedule, not to the exam calendar alone. In 2026, the exam schedule showed rank cards available on 29 May; COMEDK separately announced counselling registration and document upload beginning the next day. An applicant should not assume that a result date automatically gives a full counselling deadline. Once a result appears, use the live counselling document for registration, document verification, choice filling, payment, allotment and reporting dates.

At the date of this guide, no 2027 UGET milestone is stated as a confirmed date. Do not copy the 2026 schedule into a planner as though COMEDK had announced it again. A safe planning file can keep these 2026 dates in a clearly labelled historical column and replace them only when the responsible official notice gives the new cycle’s dates. Check the official website frequently near application and counselling periods, since the 2026 deadline itself was revised more than once.
